A handling and delivery charge of AUD $10 will be applied to all orders for Standard delivery Australia wide.
For Express delivery, an addition $5 can be added at checkout.
Orders recieved by 2pm Monday to Friday AEST, are usually shipped same day or the next business day.

WA - 4 to 8 business days after dispatch
Far and remote locations in all States - 7 to 13 business days after dispatch
EXPRESS SHIPPING
NSW/VIC/SA/TAS/QLD - 1 to 3 business days after dispatch
WA - 3 to 6 business days after dispatch

ORDER TRACKING
The tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped/dispatched.
Our orders are shipped from various locations, if your order contains more than one item you may receive more than one package/tracking number.
Delivery delays may be experienced during public holidays and at peak times. Please refer to the Australia Post Website for more detailed information on delivery times.
We are not responsible for any delays by Australia post. Delays in nationwide delivery systems are out of our control. We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping due to disruptions caused by Australia post
Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as we cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. We will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered or stolen, due to Australia Post processes.

- All returns must be received within 7 days of receiving.
- All returns must be received by us in the original unworn condition in which they were sent and must include all packaging, tags, warranties, leaflets, free gifts etc originally supplied by us.
- SALE or discounted items are not available for full refund but can be happily exchanged or credited.
- We do not offer exchange, credit or refund on customised and/or special order goods.
- Valid for sifjakobs.com.au online orders only.
- Returns that are incomplete, damaged, worn or returned without their original packaging, tags, warranties, leaflets, free gifts etc originally supplied by us may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customers expense.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Before your order leaves, it is fully checked by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged or with a manufacturing fault please contact us immediately here.
RETURN METHOD
- It is your responsibility to ensure returned items are packed well and are protected from damage in transit.
- We suggest you use a return method that enables you to track the parcel as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
- The General Warranty Under Australian Consumer Law ( as shown below under Product Warranties) states 'The consumer will bear the expense of claiming the warranty.' This includes the cost of returning the goods to us.
Product Warranties
All products supplied by us are covered by a 24 month warranty as prescribed by Australian consumer law. However we do not cover negligent damage or wear and tear over time.
STERLING SILVER JEWELLERY
Please refer to the Silver Jewellery Care card included with your purchase for our recommendations for handling, cleaning and storage of your Sif Jakobs sterling silver jewellery. Sterling silver jewellery may be fragile but treated with care will give many years of pleasure and enjoyment.
WATCHES
All watches purchased from Sif Jakobs Australia come with an official warranty issued by the manufacture or distributor of the watch brand.
A warranty is included with each watch purchased from Sif Jakobs Australia. Warranty conditions will vary, depending on the watch brand or model, but do
not affect your rights under Australian consumer law.
There is a 24 month warranty period, and covers all manufacturing faults with movement only. It does not cover watch strap or watch glass.
In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your purchase after receiving it from us please refer to the warranty card included with your purchase for instructions on how to return it to the manufacturer, distributor or ourselves who will either repair or replace it.
GENERAL WARRANTY UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW:
The benefits to the consumer given by the warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The consumer will bear the expense of claiming the warranty.
